This page is a new addition to this website. Clients frequently ask us how search engines work and some clients have lost money by commissioning the services of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) companies.

Some of our clients have used the services of SEO companies and have spent as much as £1700 on such services. Some have experienced a better listing but, in truth, it must be known that the work carried out on their sites would have taken the SEO company a maximum of 4 hours. We do not agree with such organisations who take advantage of their clients and charge such extortionate rates.

Clearly, for those clients whose websites exist to help generate additional exposure and subsequent business in a competitive market place, they may feel that it is important to optimise their sites to produce maximum ‘returns’ and a good listing in searches.

Having previously said that we do not believe such SEO services are worth the huge sums of money paid, we can provide the same service as these companies for a one off fee of just £145.00.

We decided to offer this service rather than see our clients ripped off by other search services, many of whom also have ongoing costs in addition to the upfront fee.

Naturally, this service is only available to clients of Website Design and Creation at this low fee.

It is important to note that, in order to optimise your website, changes would be made to your homepage and site. Website Design and Creation do not guarantee top positions in listings in search engine returns however we would be offering the same service as other SEO companies and clients who have used this service are all getting good listing results on the major search engines.

Website Design and Creation’s optimisation service involves changing heading text, keywords, link backs, titles, descriptions and submitting your site to all major listings. (Please note, every site which we create is always added to the major search engines whether the search engine optimisation option is chosen or not).

In addition, sites that have been created to obtain search engine placements often need to have a high number of repeated words and extra text links. This can change the look of the site slightly and it is important for the client to decide whether they want a website that is search engine friendly or pleasing to the human eye.
